St. Anthony's School Reviews

This is the first year my son has attended and it will be the last! I have had multiple problems here: The tuition program they use (TPI, INC) to collect the monthly payements is shady, they charge a $500 fee just for collecting the money every month. Participation in fundraisers is mandantory, they required my 4 year old pre-k son to sell a heavy box of candy bars, and when I returned the candy (I am NOT sending my kid door to door, and I refuse to solicit on his behalf) they demanded the money! They are closed constantly, and with little/no notice, leaving working parents scrambling to find a babysitter. I have tried multiple times to reach the principal and have never received a call back-the only way you can communicate with the staff is to go to the office and wait to speak to someone.

St. Anthony's is a good school, but not a great school. There are no extracurricular activites, and teachers who's 'meters' stop at 3:30 - they do not want to be bothered helping the kids with homework at After School Care. There is a nice very diverse group of kids in this school. Being such a small school (one class for each grade), most of the kids know each other and are open and welcoming to other kids - which is really nice. As with most schools, it's always the same parents (mostly the mothers) who do all the volunteering - and St. Anthony's asks for volunteers and donations for everything! - that group is very cliquish & gossipy.

This school is a wonderful and welcoming place. I've had my daughter in this school for 3 years already, and she has so many wonderful friends, and many teachers that she enjoy's very much. This school is like one big beautiful family! And as a parent i think this school has a great enrolment and many wonderful people in it.

My Daugthers 4 of them Have Grown so much at this school in all ways. I am a catholic father and wanted nothing more then for my daughters to have a good christ centerd education. the programs and extra activites are very good. i have 2 in sports, and 1 in drama 1 in band. and i see lots of parents coming and helping. Mike Donovan

I like the quality of education but they are always asking for money and if you dont contribute to their 'charity' they constantly bother your child about it. Its a real annoyance. Other than their obsession with money the school is ok.
