Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW) starts on March 11 and runs through March 24, and features amazing value restaurants. During the week of March 12-20, H VRW will bring together over 200 of our fine dining restaurants to offer a special three-course meal for $32.95. Highlights include a full lobster section of the menu, a full service bar and an all-you-can-eat buffet.

A well-curated wine list and an updated twist that gives it a slightly different twist on classic New York style. The Tomato Fresca slips fresh tomatoes in melted mozzarella, while the Notorious P.I.G. is showered with domestic pork - pork and lamb - fried onions. A quarter pound of bacon patty is served with a side of melted cheddar and grilled onions, and fresh mozarella is served with sautéed Japanese mushrooms.

The bar offers a variety of interesting handcrafted cocktails, and the owner's son is an expert in spirits and liqueurs, some of which are now made in the Hudson Valley. Gulielmetti places globally inspired "new American" food, using artisanal bread sourced from the popular local bakery Bonfiglio Bread, in a high-ceilinged room, open kitchen and large patio.

There are few other places where I # ve had such an incredible meal, but this is the perfect restaurant for an impressive meal or banquet, not to mention being just a short walk from the city centre. There are so many great family-run restaurants in New York City that really serve the best Latinx food, and there are many other great options in the area. I've only mentioned a few of the culinary adventures you could experience when you come to this city, so take a look!
